Deb Filler has a new stand-up show choc-full of stories, jokes, tall tales and true. A bust-your-gutkes comedy with music and laughs from a consummate entertainer, character actress extraordinaire, New Zealand’s only Jewish Comic, Deb Filler.

The Kiwi-born actor, writer and comedian has performed internationally from London to New York, Montreal to Maine. Her theatre runs regularly sell out internationally and elicit rave reviews. Home with a show about life on the road and how to stay grateful, Filler’s show, which had audiences lined around the block in sold out Nelson shows, will be in Auckland for four shows only at The Pumphouse, Takapuna.

A 2005 nominee of the prestigious US Helen Hayes Theatre Award, Deb has laid them in the aisles in Edinburgh, London, Toronto, Sydney, Berlin, Washington and New York, among many more. She appeared with Harvey Keitel in an ABC (US) mini-series and her performances at the intimate Pumphouse Theatre will give audiences the chance to be as close to Deb as if they were in her living room. Showcasing her wit and warm heart, this is the only chance to catch her in New Zealand.
